Booking Policies
- All rates are based on double occupancy. An additional guest is $20 per night.
- All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed in designated areas only.
- Sorry, we do not allow pets.
- A 2-night minimum stay is required when involving a Friday or Saturday, starting Memorial Day weekend.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made by 3:00 PM, 3 calendar days before arrival (for example, for a Friday arrival, cancel by 3:00 PM Tuesday). Late cancellations will be charged one night's stay plus tax. No-shows will be charged for the full reservation.
Overnight Docking
There is a $20 per night charge for overnight docking of your boat. Please request this in the “Notes, Special Request” box when making your reservation.
Cots Available
Cots are available upon request at a cost of $20 per night. Please request this in the “Notes, Special Request” box when making your reservation.

All 17 rooms sit a few steps from the water. Rooms along the lake side look straight out over Keuka Lake; rooms on the parking side are a short walk from the lawn, fire pit and gazebo.
